That's exactly why you should start. Our instructors meet you where you are. You'll train at your own pace and build fitness progressively. Many of our most dedicated students started in poor physical condition.

How often should I train?

For steady progress, 2-3 times per week is optimal. But even once a week delivers benefits. Consistency matters more than frequency.

Will I get hurt?

Our training emphasizes safety and control. Beginners don't spar until they're ready. We teach you to fall safely before anything else. Injuries are rare when you train smart.

How long until I get a black belt?

The black belt journey typically takes several years of consistent training. But the focus isn't the destination — it's the transformation that happens along the way.

Can I train with my kids?
