For steady progress, 2-3 times per week is optimal. But even once a week delivers benefits. Consistency matters more than frequency.
Our training emphasizes safety and control. Beginners don't spar until they're ready. We teach you to fall safely before anything else. Injuries are rare when you train smart.
The black belt journey typically takes several years of consistent training. But the focus isn't the destination — it's the transformation that happens along the way.

Yes — technique over aggression is the core principle. Beginners don't spar hard. Controlled drilling, gradual intensity, and a "tap early, train for decades" culture. Students in their 40s, 50s, and beyond train regularly at Champions.
The adult program covers striking (punches, kicks, elbows, knees), defense techniques, forms, real-world applications, controlled sparring, and traditional weapons training as you advance. Cross-train with BJJ and SKF Kickboxing under one membership.
Purpose-driven training with structured belt progression, practical self-defense, and a supportive community of 600+ students — taught by World Champion instructors in a 10,000 sq ft facility. Every session has measurable progression, not just reps.
